When will I receive my items?
All items are produced and shipped from our facility within 3 to 7 days after purchase, plus an additional 1-2 days for order handling. Standard shipping times then apply.

Where is my item?

Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship within the USA.

I chose the wrong item by mistake. Can I swap my product?
Yes, but only if we catch the issue before your item goes into production. Contact us immediately at [email protected], as we process orders quickly.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address. If it has already shipped, we’ll have to wait for the item to be returned before resending it to the correct address. Contact us ASAP if you notice an issue with your shipping details.
What is your return/exchange policy?
To return an item, please contact [email protected]Â within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. If you received a broken or damaged product, contact us immediately.

What happens if my item is “Returned to Sender”?
If your order was marked as undeliverable and returned to us, we will reship it to you at no additional cost.
What happens if my item is damaged?
If your item has any defects or errors on our part, we will replace it at no additional cost—you do not need to return the damaged product. If we cannot replace it due to inventory issues, we will either refund you or send a comparable item of your choice.
What if I received the wrong product or a defective item?
